A general membership meeting of the Houston Hockey Booster Club, Inc. was held on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at SRO Bar and Grill Northwest in Houston, Texas. President Tom Huber presided over the meeting, which was called to order at 7:00 PM

Election ballets for the Executive Board were passed out to all in attendance and final nominations were taken from the floor. After the nominations were closed, voting took place and the results are as follows:

President – Melanie Ogren

Vice President – Mark Strace

Treasurer – Joel Konkel

Secretary – Ivan Kusjanovic

Director – Stephanie Hayes

Director – Sharilyn Prideaux

Director – Christiane Pitts

A copy of the final election ballot and the tally of votes are included in these minutes.

After the new Executive Board was announced and seated, new President Melanie Ogren spoke briefly about the coming year.

Current President Tom Huber adjourned the meeting at 8:20 PM.
